The central area is extremely popular as it is near the commercial centre, banks, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the popular Elviria International College.
Elviria Hills is home to many luxury apartments and mansions as well as a number of golf courses. Properties here offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean and of the forests and the protected UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Spanish superstar Julio Iglesias owns a home in this area.
